You Raise Me Up - på Stavangersk

The complete wonderful Secret Garden, the Irish-Norwegian duo, who won the European Song Contest in 1995 is even more famous for their world-wide hit You Raise Me Up, recorded by some 100 global artist since it was first released in 2002. In 2004 I had the great pleasure to translate to my local norwegian dialect and sing this song in the most beautiful wedding of Heidi Østbø og Øyvind Asheim and many more weddings and also funerals as the song can be used as an optimistic friend blessing and thankful song in both happy and sad occasions. Since many people have seemed to enjoy thsi particular version I found out it was time to put this one on to the great music sharing place of YouTube. I wish to thank everybody for the great life I have had so far, and I wish all people out there every happiness and the best life possible. Share your love with as many you can every day and I believe you will have a wonderful time on this earth. You Raise Me Up!!!
