your face has definitely changed.
Oh and, as far as raising funds for surgery goes.. I know some guys who have thrown parties or dances or whatever as a fundraiser, and used the proceeds towards their surgeries.. so that's an idea. Selling t-shirts on cafe press is also a really good idea. I'd say be a man-whore, but I've done that, and wouldn't recommend it to someone who has any dignity.. lol.. I of course, don't.
