Lol, yes, good ol' Jim looks like a saint alright. I find that his soothing, soft voice is half of his meditation -- I don't believe that meditating without a good guide will be very successful in the long run.
Also I wanted to tell you that your picture itself made me smile deep inside...as if youve come from another time...another world to help me today. I really feel deeply deeply blessed by your teachings today. my gratitude is immense.
yes me too! a visual learner because i could picture the concepts and make more sense of them with the way you had it laid out. THIS WAS FANTASTIC. I seriously felt I was finally beginning to understand things with my own suffering. Its like i've had pieces but your piece is making the puzzle show a picture.
