President Barack Obama should use his presidential powers to clear this guy's record and set Charlie Lynch free. We Americans should take control of this issue, and legalize marijuana federally, in every state and principality, from coast to coast. I am old enough to have lived through such times in my own college days. I live in New England, and Massachusetts just liberalized the criminal sanction on 1 oz. or less. Here in Manchester NH, an effort is underway. Kids get felony records for any.
