  • I was going to switch off the movie. This has nothing to do with bouillabaisse, none of the ingredients. What you prepare here is, without the slightest doubt, some delicious food. You use your local products, best thing to do in good cooking. But don't call it bouilabaisse. Kind regards from Alsace, France. Christian.
