Me and some friends on Indian Lake in mid-October, 2006 -- located a few minutes outside Shanksville, PA, and about 90 - 120 minutes East of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The water temp was about 53 degrees F., and the air temp was in the mid- to upper-30's. To keep warm and relatively dry, I wore both a neopreme wetsuit bib with jacket on top, and a one-piece neoprene drysuit over that (the latter, not really keeping my entirely dry, but reducing the rate of water infiltration).

The neoprene hood (balaclava?) also didn't keep my head dry, but did help my (hot?) head heat stay inside. The booties leaked like a sive and my toes got quite cold, and the gloves were OK (wet, and cold, but I could feel my fingers).

Earlier in the morning I took the jet ski out, and with that wind chill while going over 50 MPH, I did lose feeling in my fingers for a little!

But WHEW! What a rush! Can we go again?
