A truly wonderful comedic piece. "The Lucy Show" was at it's best, during the first season, with Vivian as second fiddle, Desi producing, and the "I Love Lucy" writers. However, there are episodes from the later seasons that I enjoy, also.

This episode makes me laugh every time I see it. This is most definitely one of the top 10 funniest stunts that Lucille Ball ever performed in all her years on television. I am 51 and I have been watching Lucy on TV since 1967 when I was 8. I have absolutely idolized Lucy all these years. Thank you so much for putting this great episode on you tube. Lucy will always be remembered as someone who brought so much joy and laughter into the lives of millions of people all over the world.

Lucy is multi-talented! She can do ANYTHING. I adore her so much. Her shows from I Love Lucy to Life with Lucy make me laugh. She's a favorite in my house and everytime I watch her shows I'm in the best mood. She's just amazing!
And, Let's not forget Viv! She's just as awesome as Lucy and they were always adorable together. They're expressions at the end was the best!

In the 90s, Columbia House released a handful of episodes, uncut, onto home video. This was one of them. Some others included "Lucy Buys a Sheep," "Lucy Goes Duck Hunting," "Lucy Misplaces $2,000," "Lucy Waits Up for Chris," "Lucy Puts Out a Fire at the Bank," "Lucy Goes to Art Class," "Lucy and the Ceramic Cat," "Lucy becomes an astronaut" and "Lucy the Coin collector." There's a few more too.
