You have the bought the cheapest jawbone there is, ontop of that, you used the wrong ear piece and that's why it sounded like styrofoam, and it broke cause it didn't fit in your ear right so you just kept jamming it in your ear....
My second jawbone so far and the first one still works great!! Just had to have the icon and it's even better

You want a good headset get the icon series noise assassin 2.5 and supports a2dp and its cheap on amazon

And the jawbone prime customer service don't know how to do anything but read from the manual. I finally got my unit paired by NOT following the jawbone instructions and watching the you tube demo which was right. This company deserves to fail. It's ironic, they sent me a replacement for one that their tech said was broken. Now the replacement won't pair but the original "broken one will if you ignore jawbone instructions and follow the you tube video for pairing the jawbone 2.

I think you need some oil on your chair...also the jawbone 2 works great to me , and you still need some oil on that chair
