A guide to the multiplex terminology I use to describe different throw types. Every throw type in this video is then applied to the 3 ball cascade so you get to see what it looks like.

  • it's a juggling pattern notation called siteswap. basically, each number represents a throw and says when the ball will land again... searching wikipedia may help you ;)
