When you make a decision, is it really you making the decision, or are you following an evolved thinking shortcut put into your brain by our creator?

Well let's start from square one with the application of critical thought. Step one, "[Person] believes in god, presumably the entity depicted in the Bible."

This character is assumed to be a murderous, bi-polar lunatic that cannot be interacted with in any way with the exception of prayer and burning animals, and if you disobey him, he will torment you in death.

Step two, "Evaluate this: Is it worth believing on a whim, or should evidence be required?"

    Now, where's proof? :D

  • @CRUSH3Rdlux Funny, Christians also say the same thing about Atheists. Too bad i can't laugh over the irony, because only one truth can exist in reality. But just so you can't say i no one told you, you have been brainwashed by the educational system and the media, of course you are too brainwashed to believe that claim, too bad for you. Step #1 Demoralization, Step #2 Destabilization, Step #3 Crisis, Step #4 Normalization, result = conformist dictatorship & depopulation.

  • Yes, like sheep. Well said!

  • @NDLlama1

Exactly lol it could just as likely be that all of the fish WERE reacting to the food.

  • agreed...always amusing to see christians say "you gotta think critically for yourself! don't just listen to what you're being told" ....xD they wouldn't be christian if they took that advice

  • it reminds you of your friend because she is as smart as said fish. stop trying to be deep.

also, "the crowd" that too many people follow is called christianity, but unlike scientists, christians are like lemmings.

and ditch your friend if you're that critical.

  • Run George Run, Run for the hills

  • The 'first fish' reacts cause it has had food thrown at it.

  • good point

  • Interesting video, and well worded. The only problem I have is with the fish analogy; if the fish only react to the other fish reacting, then why did the first fish react?
