I kinda think having a reboot for Spiderman and Superman is pretty cool. Especially Superman. I like to see Braniac appear in the first movie.

1. The Superman reboot goes against your 10 to 20 year, but Superman Returns was a REALLY bad movie. 2. Like you said, they didn't wait 10 or so years for The Incredible Hulk reboot, and the new 1 wasn't much better than the 1st. 3. To me, the 1st Spider-Man movie SUCKED. it was barely better then the 3rd. The 2nd was hands down the best of the 3. And 4. The 5th movie was going to be the reboot, but since Mr. Sam didn't want to do SM4 in 3d. They decided to boot him out and make SM4 the reboot.

I agree with the whole "reboot it like The Incredible Hulk." Because they did do a good job, but I mean really...When you don't make a BS movie like Spider-Man 3 where Venom and Carnage should of been the main villains instead of Sandman and Venom...Atleast facing two symbiotes would of been better if they effed it up.

Personally I'm excited about the reboot on the Spider-Man movies. Only because I think if done properly it can be amazing.
Though I can't blame you for feeling the way you do. It can only make one leery every time something like this happens.
