This is video from the Tulia/Kress supercell and the Lubbock/Ralls supercell on April 16, 2009. There is a point where the snow plows are removing hail along with plenty of flooding and some rotation.

I am a storm chaser based in Norman, OK but originally from Lansing, MI. You can visit my website at http://www.michiganstormchaser.com for more information about me and full accounts from my past storm chases including video and pictures.
