R- I watched your vlog about 'Cash Cab' and 'The Price Is Right'. I'm surprised. I see. But I feel that is unfair! Anyway, someone commented under my vlog. She say Cash Cab is no longer. Just forget it :o)

It does help -- I will find out how much I lost when I see the DR on Friday. I think so far about 18. But I'm not sure about it.

How did it helps? Control your hunger. It makes you energetic which is what I really needed.

It is Brendan known as Bren by the way :). He is now part of President's Fellow in the Government department at Gallaudet working on his doctoral degree at Catholic University of America in Political Science.

BRENDAN! Good to know that he's still around in DC. His articles are fantastic. I'm huge fan of his works. That does not surprise me about him at CUA in Political Science.

ferguson110 on DVTV -- he slammed me one time that I'm "not proficient" in ASL. which i care less, though.
