The best method to control the amount of flavor you pour is to hold your pinky finger on the bottom of the cup. When you feel the flavor hit the bottom of the cup quit pouring down the center and top of the top with flavor. This takes some practice but once you master the technique you will pour the right amount of flavor every time.
