please somebody tell me how or where i can download ALL OF veve's incredible music.....I am begging......this music is too good not to get my hands on.
This reminds me of those old good days when I was going to Rwambaizi Primary school. I used listen these lingalas from Radio Rwanda Kigali enzi za Kabendera Shinani na Serushago Nestory. That was the only strongest radio in that area across the borders. I could sing the whole song. Old is gold!
To respond to Kagonye below ,actually the song is titled Mwana mawa by The grand pisa ,the group that also sung mandalala. It goes like this ...the chorus goes like this.....yeh zairiois ye...siana nini toka bwana,...toka bwana.Have been searching for it too hopefully somebody will post one of these fine days......
Listen to the lead guitar rolling at about 04:05 [this is likely Dino Vangu of Bella fame or Ricos of Lipua fame, then listen to TPOK 's Boureau des Coeurs by Dennis Bonyeme at about 09:15 on! See where [Thierry] TPOK got that from! I remember this Kalala with joy ,because, as a boy, my dad used it to teach me not all slow music is rhumba! He said, this VEve beat is slow and groovy, but it aint rhumba ala TPOK! listen to the diction! Didn't know what the hell diction was!

Bughativeyron do you have the song that went by this chorus...sukalisusu mugalimoko ooo ayi ...as the chorus. It came out sometime in the 70s but all i remember is the chorus...was too young but it still rings in my mind. It maybe on youtube but i do not know its title.
