The East Africa Community post budget consultations meeting of the ministers of finance ended in Arusha, Tanzania on Thursday. The ministers considered and made recommendations on several issues regarding trade, industry, finance and investment in the region. They also approved the remission of duty on goods used in the manufacture of goods for export subject to conditions specified in the protocol establishing the customs union. The ministers granted the request by Kenya for extension of remission of duty on malt to apply an import duty rate of zero percent instead of ten percent and for barley to apply an import duty rate of ten percent instead of 25 percent until 30TH JUNE 2010. Finance minister Uhuru Kenyatta represented Kenya.

  • nothing strange abt UK's red eyes, his dead father, whose carcus is lying at the grounds of parliament and guarded 24 hrs a day at the expense of the poor Kenya tax payer's too had red eyes
