*Nicks P.O.V*
I was so happy when Selena kissed me back, that meant that she still loved me or still has feelings for me, we are together again. But all my dreams shattered when she said I shouldnt have done that. I really was speechless.
"But I wanted to.. I love you." I finally whispered after a while.
"I know you do, but.. I, I..." she now started to cry hysterically and I held her tight
"Shh, its okay." I whispered.
"No its not, Nick. You shouldnt have done that. Youll only make this harder then it already is. In the end, it will be you that is hurting. I dont want to leave you behind, I dont want to set your hopes up to high." She started to shake because she was crying so much and I really wanted to calm her down, but I couldnt.
"You wont leave me behind, I said it before, you WILL win this battle. We could get married, have a lot of babies. Just think about it, wasnt this all you dreamt about?" I stroked her hair and she put her head on my chest. She took deep breaths, but it couldnt calm her down.
"You are right, I always dreamt of it. But I didnt wanted it to be like this, I dont want to have this illness in my body when all of that happens. I dont even know how many time I have left to be here, with you." She sat up and she was red from anger.
"Why did you come back now, Nick? I waited two years for you! You come back now when I have to face all of this! Why do you even bother when you know Im going to die?! I just think you feel sorry for me. I dont want to do this!" She ran out of my room, down the stairs and just when she wanted to open the front door she realized that the door was locked. She leaned against the door, sat down and hugged her legs. She quietly cried into her knees. I slowly sat down next to her.
"You want to know why I came back? Because I realized that I was being an ass, and I wasnt living the life I wanted to live. I want you in my life. I think God brought me back to you. God has a plan for everyone, even for you. You know what we are going to do?" She looked up and shook her head.
"We are going to make the best out of it, the time you have left on this planet. Even if it is for a year or 80 years. Because I know, Ill be right there for you, till the end the end of time." She wiped the tears of her face and crawled back up.
"I just dont believe you, Nick. Please let me go home so I can think of all this." She started to search after the key and I just stood there. When she found it and started to open the door I pulled her to me and pressed my lips against hers. She kissed me back and put her arms around my neck. When I pulled back she placed her head against mine.
"I hoped you would kiss me again... I know you meant what you said. I just dont know what came over me." She closed her eyes and I pulled her closer to me.
"Its okay, but please stay." She opened her eyes and nodded. I reached my hand out and she took it. I led her to my room and I crawled back into my bed, but Selena just kept standing there.
"Whats wrong?"
"Remember when you said you wanted to make the best out of this..." She whispered and waited for me to answer. I nodded and she pulled her shirt off.
"Please make love to me..."
