When you mix cold water and tropical fish together in one tank, the cold water fish's metabolisms go into overdrive. This creates way to much ammonia, which will quickly kill all your fish if you don't do a 20% water change at least once a week.

This is just sad..
Mixing cold water and tropical fish is just a horrible idea.
Your comet goldfish needs 75 gallons alone, it can grow almost as large as that tank. But I doubt it would survive long enough.
Please get out the fish keeping hobby, it'd save a lot of lives.
