Years ago when SAT TV was in its infancy, my father had Dish Network installed and the people who did it had done quite a shitty job. All these years later, this shit job has end resulted in problems.

Then we had another technician who tried to fix things and though he did check everything and was very professional -- he assumed that it was the Dish Box that was malfunctioning and the wire being bad did not even dawn on him. I'm not dissing on the guy or anything, he was mostly thorough and he was very polite.

These videos show the second tech who came out a few days later who had the wisdom to think that it could be the wire -- where as the other tech did not think that this was the issue. This tech you are seeing in these videos corrected the problems with professionalism and speed. He was also very polite.
