To 99% of us, the peace symbol simply means the word "peace". Nothing more. As symbols are merely a visual language, you can't ignore its mainstream meaning.

Now, you may have heard some different history. And that's fine. But assuming that Gary Johnson or the general public know your "secret story" and then discriminating against them for it is unfair; and by the way, a symptom of schizophrenia.
