  • I am going to begin working out with you, i am currently at 199lbs in an attempt to loose more weight and tone i will be starting with this video and move on as i become physically able. I have been sidelined twenty years with back pain, i want to get down to at least 150 and tone up. i will keep you apprised of my success and my weight loss. wish me luck...lol
