so is that polycarbonate vinyl (whatever) stuff the same material they make the pinokios out of?

Most high-end loaders are made from polycarbonate these days. It's not vinyl, it's a resin thermoplastic, which is very strong. It's often used for making "bullet proof" windows.

They started selling in October 2006, and stopped selling a few months later, under court order.

That doesn't make sense. DraXxus is a brand owned by Procaps. If DraXxus won, that would mean Procaps could sell them.
