Sour Cream/Cheese on a sandwich sounds like something I'd try if my women(wife/daughter) weren't around to give me grief about it.. Duck sauce would be a maybe, and soy sauce pretty much a NO.. Thanks for sharing your sammy skills... buon appetito

have you ever checked out the statistics thingy on youtube? For some reason a big majority of your viewers are from sweden. I wonder why that is, because for the rest of europe there's almost nobody, not even in norway or finland...

I've never been to sweden. ....although I hear there are pretty girls there! ha ha. I'm planning to visit.
