Thankfully, intelligent and thoughtful artists like Anderson are still around making music. He's one of the few modern musical artists who's still interested in trying to top himself creatively, rather than following trends and the charts which are currently being occupied by some of least talented and able. He's become an excellent pianist and his live performances are top notch. Anderson will likely follow the path of guys like Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Morrissey, etc. Never boring.
