  • r u kidding????

its been scientifically proven that once a child is conceived he/she is a living being.

Even Obama has admitted it yet he even thinks that if something wrong happens in the abortion and the baby is not killed than once the baby is born the doctors can ignore it till he/she dies.

  • Why cant the government at least put restrictions on abortion

Personally Im against abortion... But i know that there is no chance of it being outlawed

Obama, made it legal for ANY women who doesn't want their unborn baby to kill it!

The government should put restrictions on abortions and only make it legal in cases of, rape, incest or other medical reasons

It shouldn't be the woman's right to choose it should be the doctors

  • Someone from the empirical school of thinking, that holds unobservable philosophical 'personhood' above scientifically demonstrable fact! LOL, actual retard!

  • There aren't any other retards here who think philosophers can be intellectually dishonest and still expect to be taken seriously are there? There can't be more than one idiot in the world big enough to base their philosophy on what they'd like to be the truth, is there?

  • @eddiehatred I know you don't personally feel like a clown, but trust me, admitting that you don't care about intellectual honestly, logic or rational, and then claiming to be a philosopher is actually retarded. You're an emotional creature, don't claim to be more.

  • @RazorShultzor Really, a person who loves gaining wisdom, but doesn't mind being intellectually dishonest, and who doesn't want to take others opinions into consideration? What a clown you really are. Either explain why subjective concepts are a better basis for rights than scientific fact, or just go away.

  • @eddiehatred God you're stupid. Have you ever read any philosophy? And you think YOU alone decide what philosophers care about? They care about logic and rationality? HAHA your stupidity and ignorance to philosophy is so blatant. rationality is my enemy, I'm from the empirical school of thinking.

You've proved your stupidity and as such i'm putting you on ignore and will wash my hands of you. have fun rationalist, lol.

  • @RazorShultzor Philosophers care about logic and rationality, they can never let their emotion or personal opinion get in the way of the truth. As I have explained, you are simply a person who likes to use half formed philosophical ideas to back up your emotional position on the issue. You freely admitted below that you do not care if you are being intellectually dishonest, but consider yourself to be a philosopher? You don't care about the views of others, but are a philosopher? LOL

  • @eddiehatred I'm a perspectivist, and I don't consider myself that emotional. If anything I'm indiffferent or complacent at best, and at worse callous or uncaring. And I am a philosopher, you probably aren't aware of the etymology of the word, but it's from the greek words philos meaning love and sophia meaning wisdom.

And if you knew anything about philosophical schools of thinking, emotion and passion are important too. I've already stated my position - I don't care about the views of others

  • @RazorShultzor Morals are subjective, as is the concept of 'personhood' What constitutes a homosapien is objective. It is therefor a much better foundation for our rights to be based in. Unless you can provide a logical reason as to why we should work on subjective concepts when objective ones are available, you must admit that you are being emotional. If you are the kind of person who likes to operate based on emotional, fine, but don't claim to care about philosophy in the slightest.

  • @eddiehatred I'm a perspectivist, so my desires and my own position are everything to me. You clearly don't know what logic is either. Logic uses the definition of concepts and very precise steps to come to an undeniable conclusion. I'm an empiricist and so I look for experience to justify true things.

Morals and rights and how they should work are subjective to me, I don't give a shit about the views and opinions of other people, but luckily I live in a society that agrees with me.

  • @RazorShultzor Exactly, your opinion is based in emotion. You cannot justify your opinion, but you don't care, because it's a more convenient opinion to have. It says in your profile page that you like philosophy, but you should really remove that claim, you are not the slightest bit interested in logic. You are interested in using half baked philosophical concepts to justify your own desires.
