As he's a massive fan of Manchester City, we couldn't think of anyone better to reveal the new Manchester City home shirt than Liam Gallagher. Here, Liam and his band Beady Eye perform a special version of the City anthem Blue Moon before launching into their new single The Beat Goes On. The new MCFC home shirt, which will be worn by the team for the 2011/12 season, features a sound wave of the fans singing Blue Moon as part of the design. For more information on the new Manchester City home shirt, take a look at www.umbro.com

Who gives a shit if you have more fans? 80% of them are from fucking london anyway. Do you really think just because you have a bigger fan base your better? Nay you just have more Glory hunters in your fandom then us. Inferiority? In the last 5 derbys in the prem You only won 1 of them and one of them 5 was an thrashing 6-1. So shut the fuck up you fuckign clueless topical Manu fan who knows fuck all about football.

2012 - 100,000 line the streets of Manchester to see City parade the title.
2013 - 670,000 line the streets of Manchester to see United parade the title.
Old Trafford regularly has higher attendance that the Etihad or Maine Road, and United have had the highest average attendance since the war in the majority of seasons, including four in which Old Trafford was under capacity due to reconstruction.
Stop being such a butt-hurt little cretin. All you're doing is exposing City's inferiority.
