Weeds is illegal everywhere in France and in Europe, if you sell it you will be punish more than if it is just for you.

what? Weed isn't legal in france, absolutly not. In france we have a lot of controls about weed. I had one again last week on the street because i was smoking a rull up cigarette (i don't know if rull up is the good word)

Weed is legal in france aslong as you don't sell it on the streets, You can say that what I just said is bullsh*t all you like, but I know myself that It's true.

for a tiny bit of hash you dont go to prison for 1 night ..... i have been catchd 4 times with hash in france and they just take it, once i ve been to the office and they just kept it and make me go after a few hours

Depends the size and the cops, for something really small they usually just keep it and that's it. If it was a specialised in drug patrol (the dog) they have to do some arrests to 'prove' they 've done a good job.

i had a friend stopped in the paris metro by cops with drug-sniffing dogs. she only had a tiny bit of hash on her and had to spend the night in jail. i guess they were teaching her a lesson, and she's american, maybe that had something to do with it.
