Aligning with the Higher Self

High frequencies feel good!

This is basically a focus wheel, better said the result of one or more focus wheels that i have done, where you gradually raise the quality of the thoughts until you have access to THIS kind of thoughts and feel them so fully.
My only question for my Higher Self is, why I cannot hold this state for good, as opposed to just having access to it. (without croaking, ty).
Abe once said that "Alignment is not a college degree that is yours forever more".
Anyway, maybe I could do this work more often, and be in this states more often, and then hopefully I will get closer. Or something :)))))
I know that my Source supports me in this, and I hope to be more and more in the range of feeling that pull and support.
