@chubbylilloser It's sad isn't it, people love to get offended on other people's behalf. It's like the Brand/Ross scandal only two people found the initial broadcast offensive it took another 30,000 to actively seek it out and be outraged. It's pathetic

The BBC hated the Q series and never got the absurdist humour it espoused.
More sadly: Spike and Eric Sykes wrote a series, about two old Variety comedians trying to make a comeback in the age of alternative humour.
They sent it to the BBC.
It was returned, barely read, with "NOT FUNNY" written in red ink across the front page :-(
But Jonathan Ross and Russel Brand were oh just so hilarious, weren't they??? With their swearing, obscene 'phone calls and multi-million pound contracts.
