My first HDR time lapse. As the light levels change the exposure settings go out of whack, because they were calibrated for the start time. Still looks kind of cool though!

Taken using home-made intervalometer with a Canon Digital Rebel XTi. Video spans 1 hours, 14 minutes of real time. 10 fps. Created with VirtualDub.

  • couldn't see too much of the sunset. mostly flashes of sunlight but I will say that is one epic sky you managed to capture on video :D

  • Don't you wish the HDR would take a picture more often than once a minute. Quite beautiful, but I found that restriction frustrating, with my HC3. An other suggestion, though you may have done it anyway is to set the focus, exposure and image stabilization to manual. Nice saturation effect, too.
