When Sam saw her sister arrive at the party she ran over to her and gave her a huge hug.
Sam: aw Hun I'm so glad you came. It means a lot.
Lexi: yeah well who else is going to tell these people embarrassing stories about you.
Sam: [gave her a look]
Lexi: I'm just kidding chill [starting to look around]
Sam: He's not out here.
Lexi: who?
Sam: Joe. He's up in his room. Did you talk to him?
Lexi: why would I talk to him?
Sam: he went over to the house not to long ago.
Lexi: no he didn't.
Sam: [shrugged her shoulders] he must have chickened out.
Lexi: yeah. [under her breath in a sad tone]
Sam: you know its pretty dumb. I don't see why you two broke up.
Lexi: shut up Sam.
Sam: ok. ok. No need to get defensive.
Joe was in his room when he heard a knock on his door.
Joe: I'm a little busy.
Lexi: [from other side of door] oh. Sorry.
Joe: [immediately jumped up from his bed and opened the door.] Lex.
Lexi: [looking down at her toes] um Kevin told me to get you. Something about a big announcement.
Joe: oh. [disappointed b/c he thought she was there to talk to him]
Lexi: um. Yeah. [turned around and started walking out]
Joe: Lexi. Wait. [walked up to her]
Lexi: what.
Joe: can we please talk! Its been a month.
Lexi looked up at Joe and all her feelings for her came flooding back. She couldn't help it. His eyes looked so hurt and yet so hopeful.
Lexi: we better get outside they're waiting for us. [turned around and walked outside]
Joe quietly stood there for a little and walked after Lexi to the back yard. He wanted to go and sit next to her but he decided to sit at a table by himself.
Kevin: ok guys. First off we just want to say thank you to all of you for coming. We are super grateful we get to share this amazing moment with all the ones we love.
Sam: thank you all for being so supportive and showing us your love. We love you all so much.
Kevin: so we finally set a date. It took a little working around but we will get married on May 16th. We chose that day because that was when we first met. [I just made up a random day lol]
Crowd: awww.
Sam: [laughing] so thanks you guys. And thank you for coming.
Kevin: now you don't have to go home but you gotta get the heck out of here!
Mrs. J.: Paul Kevin Jonas!
Kevin: [red and embarrassed] just kidding.
Sam and everyone else just started laughing at Kevin and started going their separate ways. Nick Joe and Kevin stared helping their dad pick up in the back yard. The girls stayed inside and helped Mrs. J around the house.
Joe: hey don't take the stage apart.
Nick: um ok. But may I ask why?
Joe: I want to do something for Lexi.
Nick: and how are you going to get her out here?
Joe: I'm not you are.
Nick: what!
Joe: [gave him a puppy dog face]
Nick: don't.
Joe: fine but you need to let me borrow one of your guitars.
Nick: again...what!
Joe: dude help your brother out.
Nick: ugh. Fine go get one from my room.
Joe: [pulled out a guitar from behind the stage] don't have to.
Nick: You already got one?
Joe: I knew you wouldn't say no to me.
Nick: and how am I supposed to get her to come outside.
Joe: I don't know just tell her you need help with something.
Nick: fine! [went inside and found Lexi] um Lex can I have you help me with something out here.
Tiff: oh its ok babe I'll help you.
Nick: NO! [clears throat] I mean no. I specifically need Lexi.
Lexi: um. Ok? [ looked at him weird]
Lexi walked out to the back yard and found Joe on the little stage sitting with a guitar. She began to turn around.
Joe: wait! This is the best way I can tell you how I feel.
Lexi turned around and heard him starting to play a familiar song. It was her song! She sat down on a nearby chair to see what Joe was up to. [look at lyrics carefully!]

After finishing his version of Lexi's song he went into I Gotta Find you. [AN: just pretend he like mixed both the songs!] kind of like in the video...but better lol]
Lexi sat there with tears in her eyes. She tried so hard to not let them fall but there was no use in holding them in. the rest of the peeps were behind the glass screen door watching them secretly behind the blinds.
Sam/Tiff: awwwwww!
Kevin: wow now I know why you guys spied on us when I proposed. This is fun.
Tiff: ok you Jonas boys are officially awesome!
Kevin/Nick: we know!
