@79tazman The cats run wild and give birth to them in alley ways. It's peoples fault yeah but only because they need to either fix them or not let them run wild. I don't know about you but I wouldn't let my cat run around alleys eating trash and banging alley cats and cumming home to cuddle up. But I still think the owners of those cats owe me new lawn.
