even with a child's math,LOP is strange.People who are not there(Mr. wood's case)Didn't fired weapon,(other case).I'm Japanese and having death penal;ty is our embarrassment,but don't have such a law.

It doesn't matter. He drove the others to the scene of the crime knowing they carried deadly weapons. When two or more people conspire to commit at least one felony, ALL are EQUALLY and FULLY guilty of ALL crimes committed by ANY of the participants. That's the deal.

Last time UK used the death penalty was in 1963.

I disagree, and I stand by my original comment. Don't commit felonies with deadly weapons.

I heard a story that, back in the 1950's in Texas, two punks committed an armed robbery and got into a shootout with police. The police shot and killed one of the robbers - no one else got hurt and the other robber was arrested. He was put to death in the Texas Electric Chair because someone had lost their life as a result of him committing a felony. I have no problem with this - if you don't want to die, don't commit felonies with deadly weapons.

I support the Texas Law. The message - stay away from anything you know to be criminal. If this guy has followed that rule, he wouldn't be there.
