  • @wardenphil correct but it was not abolished until 1969

  • @mtenor It doesn't matter. He drove the others to the scene of the crime knowing they carried deadly weapons. When two or more people conspire to commit at least one felony, ALL are EQUALLY and FULLY guilty of ALL crimes committed by ANY of the participants. That's the deal.

  • @mtenor Last time UK used the death penalty was in 1963.

  • @wardenphil He didnt someone else did .

  • @hardman476 I dont care where it came from Yes the last time the UK used the death penalty was 1969 . This is 2012 . Btw for the record i am in Norway and nothing to do with the UK

  • @mtenor I disagree, and I stand by my original comment. Don't commit felonies with deadly weapons.

  • I heard a story that, back in the 1950's in Texas, two punks committed an armed robbery and got into a shootout with police. The police shot and killed one of the robbers - no one else got hurt and the other robber was arrested. He was put to death in the Texas Electric Chair because someone had lost their life as a result of him committing a felony. I have no problem with this - if you don't want to die, don't commit felonies with deadly weapons.

  • @mtenor guess where is law orginally came from??? yer you guessed it, the old UK! never ever forget who gave you your death penaly and rights

  • @hardman476 yea and put fools like you in it

  • @wardenphil incorrect. The Texas law is ridiculous and is way out of date . Texas are making themselves as fools worldwide.
