You simply skim the foam off of the water into a tank and haul it to the refinery. American know how will fix this, the government just takes advantage to fuck things up.

What are those people waiting for? Due to the toxic brew created by the crude + the toxic dispersant Corexit 9500(4x more toxic than crude), much oil is in plumes below the surface, making it impossible to corral with booms. Toxic fumes containing benzene are already making people sick.Anyone living within 400 miles of the Gulf Coast needs to pack up necessities get the hell out of there. Leave now, in your own vehicle, and choose where you want to go, or wait and be forcibly evacuated.
