I'm not real familiar with the "Phosgene", but I am north of you and have been filming chemtrails for a long time. I got real sick while working out in the yard. When I told Lynn Holmquest at Lassen Medical center what I thought made me sick. She treated me horribly, so bad so I filed a claim with the medical board. There are some chemtrail groups on facebook where you can gather info. Not sure of the spelling you were given... "Colleen Thomas"

I don't really know anything specifically about phosgene but I do know that they are laying it on thick in my area and I work outside 6am - 2pm and see them start up every morning and spray for hours making cross-cross grids all over the sky til and start spreading and dissipating into a white sheet across the entire sky. WAKE UP SHEEPLE! THIS IS PARANOIA! THIS IS REAL LIFE! YOU ARE IN A BRAN-WASHED DREAM!!!
