@katuray33 4 to 6 reps with heavy weight. I usually rep 12 to 15 with lightweight (or until failure). Bottom line: quality over quantity.

@arniemonkey, good catch. We only recorded clips of the workout (probably not even 40%). Had Ronnie been there, we would've went much heavier!
