Quad workout for size & thickness. Exercises performed were: isolated leg extensions, barbell squats, hack squats and walking lunges (no weights).

Eat big with plenty of protein post workout.

  • @katuray33 4 to 6 reps with heavy weight. I usually rep 12 to 15 with lightweight (or until failure). Bottom line: quality over quantity.

  • 2 sets of squats is that it.......was that ronnie coleman squeeling in the background btw

  • @arniemonkey, good catch. We only recorded clips of the workout (probably  not even 40%). Had Ronnie been there, we would've went much heavier!
