You should go to bed early every night therefore you omit the problem of having to catch up on sleep. I go to bed at 8pm every night. Get on a schedule and get the sleep. 10 plus hours every night is what you need to feel good. We evolved in the tropical regions of the world where there is 12 hours of sun and night every day.
Get the sleep and go high carb Vegan for optimal fitness and health!

@DrGeorgeBest Sir I have Insomnia but my sleep meds correct it (Trazodone Ambien and Clonidine) I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep I often wake up to use the bathroom but I usually don't have trouble falling asleep. Not to mention I have a few drinks on Friday night. Alcohol is ok in moderation I Only have one drink usually sometimes 2 but without the meds I can sleep but only for about one hour. My moms worse than me she hasn't slept 8 hours in almost 4 years. My Nana (passed away)

@brian110487 As long as that works for you, there's no reason to change, but for people with sleep problems, it often helps to have the same set time to go to bed every night (as much as possible).

@DrGeorgeBest Hey is it better if your early riser or it doesnt matter if you stay up and sleep in?
BugsB33zy 3 months ago
@BugsB33zy It's best to go with what's natural for you. Some people are naturally early-risers and some are "night-owls". Whenever possible, you'll get better, more restful sleep by following your natural inclinations.
