so many false statements have been made about sex offenders that this hysteria is everywhere.These people should have learned about the laws before freakin out. What fools.. too many American act the same way. Wait til one of their daughters becomes a sex offender. That will be hillarious I can't wait for that Just like Jessica lunsford who jessicas law was named after. Her brother was arrested on sex charges I think in Ohio. I bet his parents regret making the laws so strict now fools

I'm familiar enough to know that people are being wrongly punished by law's in America that group crimes from the smallest, to th largest, in one class. And this is esepcially true in sex crimes.

I am married to a registered sex offender and his life is basically pointless.. I mean because he has this title he cant  get a job he has to register 4 times a year at 20 dollars every time he goes and he has to get a new drivers license every year... His drivers license reads REGISTERED OFFENDER in big bold red lettering . i believe this is discrimination

Our government singled out the most heinous criminal offenses (sex crimes) and used the disgust they cause in people to gain support over the loss of offender's rights. They know the likelihood of of a sex offender reoffending! It's JUSTICE DEPT statistics! Why would they do that? To expand it to other violent criminals! Eventually, EVERYONE will either have their, or someone they love, rights curtailed. The rich love this! They can afford lawyers to defend THEM!
