When I was in the Boycott in the 70's we use to sing this song all the time when we were picketting the stores. We had a guitar and a bull horn. People use to stop to join us sing. We missed you Cesar Chavez!

Woody Guthrie wrote it but that sounds like his son Arlo singing this particular version. The full name of the song is "Deportee (Plane Wreck at Los Gatos)" & you can find many versions under that name, including a duet of Arlo & Emmylou Harris. Nice job on this video. Especially now with the hate spewing from Lou Dobbs, it's a timely reminder.
