Obama needs to smoke his own crack more. If Obama goes to war and picks up a gun and leads the front line in uniform, I will go. He needs to have somebody repeat what he said to them "If other people are going to war to die why shouldn't you". Yeah Obama, why shouldn't you? You should go as well. You don't run the show anyway, it's not like Washington will miss you. Biden can take care of things, and the CFR will give him the usual instructions anyway. So why not set an example. Come on...!

And you're a fool if you think allowing someone as unstable as Saddam seemed to be access to such a powerful and devastating weapon as nuclear weapons are.

You think 911 was bad, well just wait until a nuclear briefcase explodes in the middle of New York or DC.

You that wouldn't open a major strategic advantage for someone like Saddam who might think that he has a possibility of taking us down. Terrorists didn't attack Iraq. They attacked people Saddam considered enemies.

Saddam would very feasibly broker some back-door deal with terrorists in his unstable mind's thinking of strategy that he might think would give him an upper hand against us if he could use our scrambling after a terrorist nuclear attack as an opportunity to strike at us with ICBM's.

Perhaps you are ignorant to how small a nuclear device has to be to be very devastating. It can be pretty small, even the size of briefcase. A nuclear warhead is smaller than a person.

I was in middle school back then, so I was roughly concerned with world events.

Anyhow, we were constructing a defense shield of ICBM destroying defenses around our entire nation, however, since Obama has taken control of our military, he has stopped that construction and even dismantled some of it.

Also, you missed my point entirely, we didn't have only Saddam to worry about. This is reality, not pretend. We don't know what people will do.

LOLOL, maybe you're just too young to remember, thus you only have liberally biased media to go off of, but Saddam had scud missiles ICBM's. (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles)

These missiles are designed to fly into space where there is little resistance and then down upon it's target. This is Gulf-war knowledge back in the 1990's that we were concerned about. So you had to be paying attention to the news back then because liberal news today would never have mentioned that.
