IIDX DistorteD CS - Cardinal Gate - Byakko (華蝶風雪) A

This is a video of me unlocking Cardinal Gate in Beatmania IIDX 13: DistorteD CS. Don't bug me about how I got it so early. Anyway, this is the song 華蝶風雪, by Byakko (Tatsh). This is only the Hyper, I didn't want to risk failing the Another (though I have passed it on Gold AC), so I played the Hyper. The purple and white theme is NOT the default IIDX DistorteD theme; each Cardinal Gate song has its own unique theme.

I got to Cardinal Gate by AAing Zenius -I- Vanisher[h]7*, Aing Look to the Sky (Cyber True Color) [h]8*, and AAing Quasar[h]9*. So basically, you can get to Cardinal Gate (in arcade mode) by scoring A, and passing, of course, on three songs of increasing difficulty. (eg 9, 10, 11,).

I can post more videos of DistorteD CS if there is demand for them (there's bound to be a bunch once more people receive the game, which won't take long)

I don't know, I've never played on a Gold machine, but I do know that it is relatively easy to get to the ES on it.

Cardinal Gate is the album of the full versions of Kachoufusetsu, Waxing and Wanding, Nageki No Ki, Contract, and Gaynemede

er, by wrong I mean what you said about unlocking CG was inaccurate.

The Normal unlock is way wrong.

You only need a B or higher for your first 2 stages, an A or higher on the 3rd stage while fulfilling extra stage requirement (full combo on lv6, 100% groove gauge on lv.7, or clear a lv8 or higher).

Which is kinda stupid because now noobs like me can open the Cardinal Gate XD

haha to unlock ES, there's three different methods, each that gives different difficulties. to unlock normal, you have to AA hard clear a level 4, and then a level 6, and then a level 8. for a hyper, it's a level 6, 8, and then 10. for another, it's a level 8, 10, and 12.

I can confirm that getting an A average on 3 songs of ascending order of 6>7>8 unlocks Cardinal Gate. I did Double loving heart[h]AA>Zenius i vanisher[h]AA>321 Stars[h]AA and i unlocked Cardinal Gate

I live about 15 mins away from Mesa Golfland in AZ which has GOLD. This is why I ask, I got extra stage many times on gold, but never figured out how to unlock those songs.
