That's a 3rd party refurbished, not an official apple refurbished.

i really miss the clicking noises my 1g made. Cnt stand the simulated sounds the speaker makes on my 4g.
It would be awesome if they would put a clicker in just for typing

I have the 3rd gen for 2 years now and it's so slow and lags like crazy. But I don't want the 4th gen no I half to wait till the new one. So I half to restart my iPod tomarrow erase all the data and restart it like I got it new just to see IF IT WILL EVEN HELP! I just hope te new one are comin out soon because I've been waitin 6th mouths and I already have a buyer for the old( god bless them lol)
