Sadly disagreed with you brother.
This man was one of the best Islamic Scholars, he knows exactly what he is saying. He is referring to a (sahih) Hadith from our Prophet (PBUH). It is either a hadith or a hadith Qudsi.
What this man have said is completely true.

My Muslim brother this video was very powerful & good. I cried when I read the part that Allah said to: Azrail the death Angel take all souls then yours.
