I love this song. Its a shame that when I did this musical I was Mrs. Lovett... nasty alto-ness. Dx
I know I've done this song before, but now I've worked on it some (and will be working on it even more at voice lessons!) and wanted to show the improvement I've made. This is going to be a song I use at college auditions (hopefully). Its still got a lot of cleaning up, but for only having worked on it at two voice lessons, its not too terribly bad. I think...
Anyway. Critiques! ALWAYS. LOVE CRITIQUES! Neeeeeeed critiques. Its the whole reason I've decided to start doing thisssss.

Song: Green Finch and Linnet Bird
Musical: Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
~~~
I do not own Sweeney Todd or Green Finch and Linnet Bird. They belong to Stephen Sondheim.... That crazy bastard and his insane music.
really gorgeous version of this i loved it :) I've recently recorded this and would love your opinion if you had a spare minute? :)
Dood! You are kicking my soprano butt here, babe! XD
Okay, okay, now I have to be critique-y Maxie. Sigh! (Though this will probably be all stuff you already know. But I'm following your instructions!)
Your breath control need some work. It's a very winded song, but I know you have the lung-power. XD Also, you seemed a little awkward during the performance. Try practising your physical presentation of the song some more beforehand to figure out what you want to do and be more comfortable.
