@KMP50 well...no. this chap is a robot, a fully mechanical entity. the cybermen have organic parts. they are biological organisms which have been augmented (upgraded) into Cybermen throught he cyberisation process

@KMP50 I never thought of it like that but Cybermen were created on Mondas so if this was the first 'Cyberman' does that mean the creator moved to Mondas rather than being born on it?
