He spends the 300,000 in taxes collected from a Federally illegal activity he has nothing to say about anything he is as much a criminal as any other. A federal criminal no less.

I voted against taxing marijuana dispensaries; I believe a very large percentage of customers are not seriously ill and do not qualify for medicinal cards. I have asked for enforcement against doctors who give medicinal marijuana cards to those not qualified.
The only issue related to marijuana clubs that I voted for was very strict zoning requirements and efforts to close illegally operating establishments.
