First playthrough on normal with the good ending.

Some things I prefered in this version but still like the original better. Here the soliders actually aren't blind and can hear you from above/below walking on any loud surface making running around the place more difficult which is good. Most of the boss fights seem easier except one.

Most of the cutscenes are out of place for me though i like the new mantis one. Much prefer the original voice acting too.

The breifing i put together in the order the ps1 briefing was in mostly, but it still jumps around a bit. Made a mistake when turning the pal card hot, wasn't paying attention and the card went from hot to room temp and thought it was hot so ran back. Edited out that journey so might notice a jump or ammo missing.
There is an easier/faster way to turn card the pal card different temp on this version but wasn't too sure if i would be skipping the codec scenes by doing so. So i did the long way.

Your whole argument is flawed because Ocelot never said "Solid Snake was the one with the recessive genes" or anything remotely close to that. His actual quote is "The inferior one was the winner after all", and then he goes on and elaborates more and says "Until the very end, Liquid thought he was the inferior one." Plus, if you know a little about genetics you can tell that indeed Snake has the genetic traits and Liquid the recessive, since Snake looks exactly like Big Boss and Liquid doesn't.

It takes Meryl to drive the escape jeep, and Snake to fire a gun....Then you have Liquid doing both. At the same time.
