Basically, stupid parents are trying to take all failure and disappointment out of childhood, inevitably leading to a harsh wake up call in the future when they find out that everything is no longer sunshine, pretty colors, and...air hugs. This game is perfectly fine, is awesome and fun, it's only that some americans seem to be fucked in the head with all that "life is tough" issue, judging for the coments. Being bigger doesn't mean it's ok to abuse it. Once again, the game is not the problem, if not dodgeball, bullies can be bullies using numerous other means.

ALL OF YOU ARE IDIOTS. you're missing the point. it's not about banning a "dangerous" game, it's about making positive changes to America's physical education curriculum. In case you havent noticed, theres a growing trend in obesity in America's youth and our nation's phys. educators are on the front lines of this battle. it's their job to instil lasting and meaningful values in kids that will encourage them to lead healthy physically active lives. there are better ways to do this than dodgeball

What the fuck? Are these people fucking serious? How can you ban dodgeball, it's the most fun game in my opinion. You get to hit other people with dodgeballs, and you feel a sense of achievement when you hit them and get them out. Every man for himself/ no rules. It's pretty much the only good sport out there. Fuck these pussies, next thing you know we will be holding hands at recess.
