Dokuro for PS Vita: Launch trailer

Dokuro may look like a pretty straightforward 2D side-scrolling puzzler: Escort the princess from point A to point B. You push a few boxes around, toggle a switch or two, and bash a few bozos who try to hurt your precious princess. As you progress through the treacherous castle, you are gradually introduced to new concepts and abilities, such as using the spicy-red chalk to transfer fires and toggling the amazing anti-gravity device to solve vexing gravity-defying riddles.

Developers are scared! The VITA is strong but they aren't used to working with it, so they don't want to step out of the safe zone so early into the VITA's life and take the risk of permanently making a bad name for themselves.besides we got some BIG impressive games coming like Assasins creed Liberation, Killzone Mercenary, Black ops declassified, and some games that are already out like Gravity Rush.

actually it is coming to the Wii U, in fact every console except for the Vita will get to experience the game XD

No, we're not getting RE: Revelations on the Vita because Nintendo almost certainly forbade it, the only way they would allow it on the HD consoles is if the piece-of-crap Wii U got it as well. Nintendo went from being my game company of choice to having none of my respect at all this generation, the fact that they have Crapcom in their pocket and aren't afraid to abuse the relationship makes me hate both of them intensely.

Statistically, though, no, you generally sell just as many copies on the Vita. Partly due to less competition, partly due to the fact that Nintendo gamers really don't care for anything outside of Mario, with the exception of major third-party titles like Kingdom Hearts 3D and Monster Hunter. The Vita is definitely the superior platform for developers, smaller install base or no. Also, you can make better games on the Vita. That's pretty damn important too.

well both Kingdom Hearts 3D and Monster Hunter achieved over 1 million (and MH 3 "HD" is not even out here yet... then again as much as people make noise about it the sales here are always at least half the sales in japan)

but then again, who can blame then? if you compare the sales it's pretty obvous you'll sell more on 3DS since there's around 28 million. and the vita only has 4 million.

sales. big games cost quite a bit of money.if the system is selling poorly why should they risk it? that's one of the reasons we're not getting RE:Revelations HD. and why capcom won't make a MH game in the near future. worst part is that in Japan there's some support but there's not a single company besides XSEED that will localize those titles. like the 2 Tales of games, Final Fantasy Type-0, Phantasy Star Online 2, Muramasa HD, etc.

This looks/sounds completely adorable, graphics and all! And it has a charming fairy tale feel to it, too. I'll be buying it on PSN, not for the Vita, but Journey comes first. :3

I know it, it really seems cool, but this is something that can be done in psp, the point of creating a new console with gigatons of power is to make games with gigatons of graphics/complexity/awesomenes­s right? not that this game isnt awesome, itll probably kick ass, but most people that buy the vita buy it to see the big players man, not these iphone style games
